Lo action was excellent ,room was excellent staff was very helpful and very friendly .would recommend it to anyone. Was quiet ,clean ,and comfortable. Meals were good.have not one complant love all the charging ports.the rooms were very clean and well looked after and up to date. But the staff get a 10 from us they were always answering over question when we had a concern as what to do they came up with a solution that worked perfect. Even the taxi were great ,awesome ,friendly never heard of coop taxis before .but they are worth it.

We had the best time staying here. It’s a perfect spot. The restaurant was amazing. We have to give our hats off to the waitress Laural (I believe) she’s blond. She was truely amazing and deserves a huge raise. She made our stay that extra top notch. We would definitely come back time and time again. The pool was great!! The staff was great. The room was great. The only thing that sucked were the pillows. They felt like you were sleeping on paper and air. Other then that 10 stars!!

The hotel is in a great location right across from the Kingsway Shopping Mall and 10 min from the Royal Alex hospital where my husband stayed for a few days. The staff was very nice. There is a Tim Hortons and a restaurant on the second floor which had delicious food at a reasonable price. The lady serving us was wonderful. Our room was a good size, very clean and a comfortable bed.

Friendly and fast, efficient front desk, I was allowed in earlier than I requested which I appreciate after a 7 hour trip to get to Edmonton for work. I really find the staff open to serve which is refreshing from feeling like a burden. :) The Runway 29 ! is a fabulous place to eat and the service is pleasing. This will be my preferred choice for travel work stay.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool and waterslide were a great FREE thing for my kids to enjoy and they both loved being able to swim right at our hotel. Our room was wonderful. It was clean, beds were comfy, one of the bests full nights sleeps that I have had in a LONG time.
